This course deals with the application of psychological principles to the design and guidance of educational experiences. It is intended to provide teachers with tools to make the teaching-learning process effective and rewarding. The course examines similarities and differences among learners, various teaching methods, the basics of classroom management, motivation theory, and how to use and construct tests. Wherever possible, applications of psychological principles to Christian education are described. (This course has replaced EDU 3202/3 Educational Psychology.)
