Grace Baptist Church in Airdrie, Alberta is seeking a person who is outgoing, relational, and passionate in providing pastoral leadership to the families of the church and community. The primary focus of this role will be to shepherd and guide children, youth, and young adults at Grace Baptist Church to a deeper connection with God, one another, and the community. Key responsibilities in this role will be to:

• To Disciple Children, Youth, and Young Adults.
• To Oversee Ministry Directors and Recruit Volunteers.
• To Shepherd Younger Families.

Grace Baptist Church is a multi-staff church of about 350-400 people. It is located across from a public high school (Bert Church) and a sporting complex (Genesis Place). Airdrie is a great place to live, a city of 70,000 that has all the amenities for living, a great view of the mountains, and is just 15 minutes north of Calgary.
